Between my business partner and I, we are always looking for ways to continue growing our market share in our area. Some of our biggest returns on investments come from Facebook.
Between the 2 of us, we have well over 6,000 "friends" and growing. We're always careful not to "spam" our audiences by keeping the majority of our "business" posts on our professional FB page.

As very active Realtors across all of southwestern Ohio, one of the things that we've been doing is creating various Facebook groups for individual cities as well as most of the various counties in SW Ohio as well.
It amazes me how so many people cannot take a few minutes to review the rules of the groups before posting their various yard sale items, cars, clothing and so much more.
I tried to be nice in the beginning and send out a warning that I was going to delete the poster and those "nice notes" usually went unanswered. So, I decided to "pin" a message at the top of each group that if they'd like to be blocked from the group, simply post the items that aren't allowed.
It is almost funny how many people continue to disrespect the rules and continue to post their "personal" items.
We also do not permit any FSBO posts in our groups, UNLESS the seller agrees to co-op with selling agents and pay a fair commission.
We do NOT allow any RTO, land contracts or Owner Financing in any of our groups due to the numerous horror stories associated with these types.
If you are in the southwestern Ohio area and looking for some FB groups that are closely monitored and strictly business and not BS, check us out!
