We all know happiness comes from within. It starts inside each of us and rests soley on our ability to tap in with reflection, gratitude, compassion and love. But there is no denying that a beautiful environment can also facilitate an abundant sense of joy. Open skies, open space, soaring mountaintops, lush jungles....we all have a favorite landscape that "floats our boat" so to speak. The visual impact of a thousand sunlit diamonds dancing on the ocean's surface on a warm summer day, and just as much the happy-go-lucky moonbeams lighting a path to the edge of the ocean's horizon are images that bring me serentiy. Light on the island tends to bounce and shine like the flickering upbeat of a flaming heart. The visual feast that Nantucket Island offers the soul ranks as one of the most superb on Earth. We get that. It's why many of us do what we can to stay. It's why so many search for their own Nantucket dream home....
As someone new to blogging, I opted for something other than a professional post for my introduction. Instead I offer a reflection on gratitude. Life is tough, and no one is exempt from that. But we all have things to be grateful for. Because in the end, it's really all about making memories in places you want to go with people you cherish and love.
I look forward to creating professional posts that pertain to the Real Estate world, as I live in a destination location which presents it's own unique challenges and rewards.
