After working on a transaction for over a month, (I represent the seller) the buyers of this property that I have for sale, decided 2 days before closing, to get a mortgage on the property. Have you ever had anything like that to happen to you? It was sold and accepted as a cash transaction. That is the reason that it was accepted by the seller.
It seems like everyone is trying to rewrite the rules of Real Estate. Don't know if you are experiencing it or not....but I sure am..
