Stone Mountain Village is one of Delta's newer neighborhoods and it's very popular with buyers. The total number of sales have really gone up over the last year. In my January real estate market report for this neighborhood I will discuss the final numbers and compare the sales to the last two years. At this time there are two homes pending a sale, and both are priced over $200,000. When these homes close that will impact the overall average neighborhood sales price a bit.
So far this year 12 homes have sold. The average sales price is $193,741 and the median sales price is $194,750.- There are two homes on the market, but both are pending a sale.

Throughout Delta and the county, the number of active homes on the market is very low. The 81416 zip code covers Delta and the surrounding rural area. The local MLS reports there 90 active listings in this zip. This includes all aspect of the residential market which means it covers all of the homes in and out of town regardless of style, size, year built, lot size and room counts. That isn't a lot of homes on the market for this area of the county.
