Aston Martin Residences, the project by Coto family and luxury car maker, is coming to Miami. This magnificent 66-story tower will feature 390 luxury residences and will be located at 300 Biscayne Blvd Way in downtown Miami.
Alfredo Coto’s family runs the large Coto Supermarkets chain in Argentina and has development projects in Latin America and Europe. They bought the 1.25-acre site for $125 million from developer Ugo Colombo, who originally planned to build Epic Phase II.
Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger are the architects of the sail-shaped tower. It will be the first Aston Martin residential building along with other famous projects like Porsche Design Tower in Miami.
Average price will be about $1000 per sq. ft. which is the top dollar for the Downtown Miami area.
The luxury tower will have seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse with private pools and terraces. Aston Martin will design the common spaces, two lobbies, a two-story gym and a full-service spa.
