YUP; we got the job done when other listing agents failed...AGAIN!

MLS#A4165101

LP: $269,900

SP: $264,000

LP:SP Ratio= 98%

This morning, we closed on our listing at 21 Brentwood Lane, Englewood for our seller.

This home had been listed for 9 months with another real estate company with few showings and no offers.

We listed it at the SAME PRICE and from listing date to today's closing, only 77 days past. This was a feat, since there have been 14 other homes on the market in Englewood Isles for longer periods, without going PENDING.

We are not the type to 'toot our own horn', but I believe we deserve it on this one. Not only that, this seller was able to sell her furnishings under a separate buyer/seller agreement and walk away from the closing table with a bright, big smile.

An now you will have to excuse me, but the seller has asked us to assist her in finding a replacement home 'tout suite'!
