With the holiday season in full swing gratitude is on my mind a lot. Yesterday was a great example and a shout out to a small business here in Colorado Springs.
I have clients who wanted to get a large map (several of them) for a development here in Colorado Springs. We were having trouble tracking down the map and I finally went down to the City of Colorado Springs Planning and Development office. They were simply outstanding not just in having time to help me but going the extra mile to give me multiple options and let me "borrow" the map to go and get copies made.
Art Hardware is a locally owned company located at 119 E. Costilla Street (between Tejon & Nevada) with great parking right out front. I walked in and who they are as a business and people was immediately apparent. Helpful from the start, taking the time to understand what I really wanted and needed. Letting me know it would be about 20 minutes and did I want to come back or wait? I felt important, valued and appreciated.
