This is the second month in row where there isn't any new real estate news to report on for the Del Ray Subdivision in Eckert. No new listings have come on the market and there are no new sales to report.

My information comes from the local MLS and doesn't include for sale by owner information unless it gets reported.
- So far this year three homes have sold. The average selling price is $209,000 and the average days on market is 84. I will take a closer look at how this year's sales compare to previous year's sales in my January neighborhood market update.
- If you are thinking of selling your Del Ray home...now is a great time to do that. Buyers looking for homes at this time of the year are serious buyers. The market is still doing well, and the inventory is low throughout Delta County.
There are several nice neighborhoods like Del Ray in the Eckert and the surrounding area. Pheasant Run is one of those neighborhoods.
