How is Your Annual Review coming along?
Its that time of year, things are coming to a close for one year and gearing up for the next, time for a little reflection before we finalize those goals for next year.
Time to decide what went right this past year, what went wrong, and what needs a little adjustment for next year.
and of course, there are a few things from this year that would be best to eliminate next year.

Take a few hours today, pull out your planner, pull out your lists, and pull out the books; and take a gook look at the past year.

I have been doing a little reading and studying with a few gurus this month and 3 of them, John Maxwell, David Allen and Darren Hardy, had a lot to say about the annual review.  The questions below are somewhat based on the list that Darren shares with his readers at Success Magazine.

What are the top 10 events from this year?
What are you most proud of?
What are the greatest lessons from this year?
What improvements have you made to yourself and your business?
What would you change?
What were your greatest influences this year?
What is the smartest decision that I made this year?
What is the most caring service that I performed this year?
What was the greatest risk taken?
What were the most important relationships that improved this year?
What one word best sums up the year?

What 3 things do I need to do less of this next year?
What 3 things do I need to do more of next year?
What 3 things do I need to eliminate this next year?

Enjoy the list and the Annual Review, share some of the highlights below if you care to share.
Good luck and do an exceptional job of fine tuning those goals this year, I know that I am.

Thanks, Bob for another excellent post to get us motivated - great questions and food for thought.  I need  little more time to digest all of this as well.
