Branding Moments: Monday's Sweet Discovery!

Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants

Late this morning, we drove to an appointment in Thousand Oaks.  As we passed through the Oaks shopping center, we spotted Lolli and Pops.  It is a new store in our area dedicated to Old Fashioned and New sweets.  The sales people wear boater hats, and striped shirts and were very welcoming.  They stocked every kind of old and new fashioned candy as well as an array of chocolates.

We loved the way the store looked the color and the welcoming feel it oozed! We just had to go in and educate ourselves!  We think they communicated their brand beautifully, and we loved the play on the word lollipop!

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Good morning A.  So tell me how many pounds of those tasty treats did you and Ron walk away with?   When I go into a candy store just the smells alone will make me gain 10 pounds.

They do an excellent job and it starts with the name that ties the brand together. I bet they are incredibly busy this time of year.

Hi Alexandra and Ron --- curiosity had me check and I found Lolli and Pops is nation-wide with a branch not far from me at the Glendale Galleria.    Nice photo, cute name and definitely gift-worthy for those with a sweet tooth.

Endre Barath, Jr. Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA was not around!

James Dray we looked, and ask if they had 85% chocolate bars, and they did not. We enjoyed looking around, and nothing tempted us.

Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI NMLS#1483386 Yes, they have done a great job.  We are appreciative of their look and feel.  And we are not their customer as they did not have 85% chocolate, except some laden with caramel or sea salt.  We are purists when it come to chocolate.

Michael Jacobs I am not surprised they are in the Glendale Galleria.  As I looked them up, I saw that they had  2 other locations in the Valley in the Westfield Shopping Centers.  And you are right they are gift worthy.

Dianne Goode after we discovered they did not have 85% chocolate, we did not buy anything.  We enjoyed looking but were not tempted.  A

Kathy Streib it is definitely a happy store and children of all ages are delighted no doubt about that.  Like you we are not candy eaters, just chocolate of 85%, and they did not have any.  Great branding, and I am happily promoting it.  A

Yes, I agree; I believe they communicated their brand perfectly, also.  Wonder if they had one of my old favorite candy bars, WHIZ.  I have often wondered why they stopped making that candy bar; it was good! And what a great name: Lolli and Pops ~
