There is so much to love about this neighborhood. First of all it's an easy commute to both Delta and Cedaredge. Second is the larger lot sizes. Most of the lots are half an acre. The neighborhood also has good curb appeal, and most of the homes are single story ranchers.
There isn't any new activity to report since last month. Here's a look at last month's real estate market report on Pheasant Run in Eckert, CO.
At this time we have one active listing. It's priced at $210,000. - There is one home pending a sale.
- So far this year two homes have sold with an average selling price of $227,500. The median sales price is $227,500. I will take a closer look at this year's sales activity compared to the last couple of years in my January market update.
There hasn't been a lot of activity throughout the year, because this is one of those neighborhoods that sees very little turnover. People love to call this neighborhood home.
