New luxury homes project has been announced on the oceanfront land in Hollywood Beach.
It known as North Beach Houses, is a group of contemporary, three-story homes on Elm and Walnut streets. These modern homes will have three or four bedrooms and range from 4,697 to 5,531 sq. ft.
Starting asking price is $1.95 million, which breaks down to $415 per sq. ft. The construction just started in November and is expected to be completed in March 2018.
Designed by Joseph B. Kaller & Associates, the houses will be delivered completely furnished with ceramic floors, recessed lighting, latest smart home technology and European kitchens. Each property will have two cars outdoor parking, elevators up to a rooftop deck with either a Jacuzzi or exercise pool, floor-to-ceiling windows and garage under AC.
Developer Robert Lechter bought the land last year for $5.15 million.
