Have multiple streams of income could be an answer. Do you do more then sell real estate? If not , why not. Real Estate has always gone in cycles. I have a smaller organic farm (175 acres), plus I do referral based marketing on consumerable products.I keep busy all the time. Sure I'm concerned about my real estate business, but it is not a something that will make be fold.
