There is still a fair amount of interest in foreclosure homes in the Delta, CO area. Although the number of bank owned listings isn't what it was a few years ago. Rarely do we see the extreme fixer uppers that were so popular with the investor buyers, but occasionally an opportunity does come along. For the typical buyer looking for a home, there are still some houses available.
This report will cover Delta and the surrounding rural area...any bank owned home listed in the local MLS in the 81416 zip code.
There have been a few changes since last month's real estate report on foreclosures. - One new listing has come on the market. There are six active listings and four pending a sale.
- Prices start at $68,000 (this one is under contract) and go up to $195,000.
- The average list price is $138,305 and the median list price is $139,225.
