Very true Harry! I have even been tod they are calling the mortgage co regularly and talking to them and they think they are safe. As I continue to see them on the auction list.

Thanks so much Joan, yes we can offer more control of the situation for our sellers with a short sale ie move date etc as they usually have atleast 30 days from the time of approval. Instead of waiting for a knock at the door from the new owner saying move out of my house that I just purchased.
