The Palazzo del Sol on Fisher Island has raised the bar on luxury. I'd love to know what percentage have already sold and whether there there, as in San Francisco, many units are pre-sold long before the project has been completed.

Hi Lottie,

The preconstruction units in Miami are being presold before actual developement starts. Usually developer breaks the ground after at lease 50% units got sold. Palazzo del Sol has been complited in March 2016. It's more than 80% sold now.
