Since last month's real estate report on foreclosed homes, one new listing has come on the market.
This report will cover those bank owned homes in and around the Cedaredge area of Delta County. It will include the surrounding small towns of Austin, Eckert and Cory.
There are two active listings and one home pending a sale. - Prices start at $80,000 and go up to $209,900. The average list price is $139,133.
