November was another great month for the Lake Oconee real estate market! Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, people are still purchasing properties! There were a total of 69 transactions last month, which is much higher than the 44 sales in November 2015. Below is a brief breakdown of what sold last month in Lake Oconee:
69 Properties SOLD
- 50 were residential dwellings and 19 were land lots
- 4 properties sold for $1 Million or more
- 22 were on the water
- 12 were on the golf course
- 33 were in gated golf communities, 19 of which were in Reynolds Lake Oconee
- 48 were in Greene County, 3 were in Morgan County, and 18 were in Putnam County
