Inventory currently is under two months with homes priced at $275000 and under. Sellers are seeing multiple offers on homes that are priced right netting them more money at closing.
Clean well kept homes are receiving offers over asking price with less concessions being asked for from buyers.
We should see 1st quarter of 2017 even stronger for the Tucson market driving prices up another 1-2%
