What is your personal Mantra?

Trudy gave me this saying when I came home from surgery for Prostate Cancer two years ago and it hangs by my desk at home,

 

Yesterday is history

Tomorrow is the future

Today is your life

Live it.

 

I try to live this every day, living in the moment, appreciating the people around me and what I am doing right now, like writing this post. Thinking of those who will look but not comment but maybe think about what they read and those who take the time to leave a comment, a word of encouragement or a word of wisdom they live by.

Thank you everyone, what ever state you are in right now, I hope you will relax over the next few days, take some time to just be and enjoy the moments you have to enjoy family, the people who cross your path, including that annoying driver who just cut you up and just enjoy it, this moment I mean!

Brian England, looking back I don't really think about the bad times, usually I remember the good times, but you cannot live in the past. The future is a dream right now, but we waste so many precious oments with loved ones because we look forward or back and waste the present, the gift of now.
