Zillow gets it wrong again...

Vanessa Saunders ~ why does Zillow do it? Becuase they can! In spite of hundreds and hundreds of thousands home-owner complaints, they just don't care about getting it wrong. They are way more concerned about scraping as much data as possible no matter who they hurt in the process.

We will have to deal with Zillow getting it wrong again until two things happen. Consumers get educated, learn the facts about Zillow and stop searching on their inferior site and agents stop paying Zillow for leads  

It isn't just Zillow Realist is our backend of the MLS and they get it wrong too. Accuracy of data is critical.

We sould all be beter off is agets would stop lining the pockets of these lead gen companies.  z being the worst!!!

Let's just keep letting out that slack in the rope, they'll hand themselves nicely at this pace! If the public only knew.

The sooner folks realize Zillow is a toy and not a tool, the better off we will all be.

It is never accurate and probably never was, yet, customers still heavily rely on it. Go figure.

Good morning Vanessa. This is so sad and unfortunately not a surprise. What a sad commentary on a big time corporation. Shame on them.

When Z does this, in my opinion it becomes a 'cloud' on that home regardless of its veracity and Z should be held accountable for this faux pax!
