Lee Hart Real Estate & Design set the pace for the future by hosting their first annual Christmas party while celebrating the launch of the business venture as well.
Lee Hart Real Estate & Design is the dream of business partners Lisa Hernandez and Sandra Lockhart. Since great things come in pairs, the two long-time friends and co-workers decided their passion for customer excellence, zest for change and vibrant personalities would help them stand out in the competitive Miami real estate market as a team.
Working alongside each other at Carnival Cruise Lines for almost 20 years, the two remained inseparable after a company lay-off in 2010. Sandra began working for Blackbird Caye Dive Resort and Lisa began working for Dr. Jose J. Alvarez, a well-known dentist in the Sunny Isles Beach area. Their friendship remained strong and unbreakable as Lisa went through a divorce and Sandra lost her beloved husband Jim to cancer in 2013.
As fate would have it, they found themselves working together again for Blackbird Caye Dive Resort in 2014. Along the way they discovered a passion for real estate and design. The fact they worked together seamlessly prompted them to dream big of running a business together. The dynamic duo worked relentlessly to realize their dreams and Lee Hart Real Estate & Design was born.
Both devoted themselves to being a shining example of their faith in God and providing hope to other women finding themselves unexpectedly independent and rediscovering their purpose in life, while others were looking forward to slowing down.
On December 10, 2016 they celebrated success surrounded by family, friends and supporters in downtown Miami.
An important element Sandra & Lisa want incorporated into their business is giving back to the unique, diverse community of Miami. They passionately envision a world of change by starting in the city they feel lucky to call home.
“Miami is a magical city and we commit to igniting that magic with love, light and awareness of the many wonderful people and organizations in Miami that are making a change”, Lisa said the day after the event. “Our passion is people and we genuinely care about our clients. We have both been providing excellent service to consumers for over 30 years. That same passion propels us to make a difference in the lives of those in situations they didn’t plan on being in”.
Sandra added “We both love Miami and there’s so much to be done. It’s not just about buying, selling and making money. It’s about giving back and being an inspiration of hope. Lisa and I have both triumphed over tragedy and if we can inspire one person with our efforts, we have accomplished our deepest dreams. After last night’s success we have decided to host a charity gala three times a year and of course, our annual Christmas party tradition was born last night. Starting Monday morning we will be planning on finding sponsors and a charity we feel a connection with to host our first event that is tentatively scheduled for March 11, 2017″.
