On December 19, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values decreased 2.1% at an average price of $734,500 in November of 2016 from $750,000 in October 2016, but gained 4.2% from price of $441,390 in November of 2015. While, homes sales declined 6.3% in November of 2016, from October of 2016, but jumped 26.0% from November of 2015 in Orange County, California.
There were 3.3 months supplies of available inventory of homes in November of 2016, down from 3.6 months in October of 2016, and lower from 4.3 months in November of 2015. An average it took 47.7 days to sell a home in November 2016, down from 49.1 days in October of 2016, and fell from 61.4 days in November of 2015 in Orange County, California.
