My last real estate report on this segment of the market was just over two months ago. Since then we have seen some changes in the number of listings and many new listings have come on the market.
There are 18 active listings and eight that are under contract pending a sale. Seven of these listings are new since my last market report. - Prices start at $79,900 (this is a fixer upper) and go up to $650,000. The average list price is $291,561 and the median list price is $277,500.
- House sizes start off small at 1472 square feet and go up to 4018 feet.
- 14 of the listings have an out of town location on at least an acre. There are homes on larger parcels that are also available at this time.
