We were just in your county  LA/Beverly hills on a 8 day cruise along the California Coast with stops in Long Beach and Santa Barbara and then San Diego this  September - beautiful scenery and weather - but at a premium as  Real Estate prices are sticker shock to us verses lil ol NW Indiana :)

Thank you Jeff&Grace Safrin!  My pleasure.  How did you like the cruise?  Yes, the sticker shock can actually go both ways.  I'm always amazed that I could sell my 2400sf house on 1/4 acre and go to TN and get a huge 3 story on 20+ acres with a boat dock and on a lake for half the cost!
