It is what sets me apart from the rest.  My sellers are mostly from out of town. This gives them peace of mind. I check listings once a week and sweep and trim and dust if necessary. 

I try to go above and beyond other people's expectations.  Providing  value is very Important to stand out from the crowd.

Pat is one smart cookie! Anything you can do to show you are above and beyond the rest of the Agents in your market, is always worth it. I would add she should have someone else take a photo of her doing these odd jobs and post them on FB for everyone to see...

Write what you know and don't worry about the impact. Buyers need local information and market statistics. That's your edge.

I think it's a great idea.  To think we are too good for a simple job like this is sort of ridiculous.  Whether or not we are Realtors, it's a nice thing to do for somebody else.
