Have you heard? It was the Night before Christmas and all I could see, is a Manchester NH area Home Seller kneeling by his tree. The Seller looked up at the stars so bright, they wished for Santa to bring them a Listing agent that would try with all their might.
They had it for sale before, without even a bite. No one came and and no one could see, this beautiful house with this magnificent tree.
Stockings were hung on the fireplace so nice, a completely redone inside and all at such a good price.
A new kitchen, a new roof but did it matter? Would they ever hear the clatter... of buyers walking through their home? I think not as they sit here reading this poem?
They stared out the window at the newly fallen snow. They listened to the wind as it started to blow. They lay-ed down for the night as Santa took flight.
Early the next morning as the sun came up, on their bed jumped their pup. They ran to the Christmas Tree and what did they see? A gift wrapped in gold in the shape of a key.
In it was a note from Santa that read, "Here's how to get your Home Sold." Let it be told, that picking the right Listing guy, is the secret, to finding someone ready to buy.
No need to look low, no need to look high, just look straight ahead and there is your guy. It is not an act, but just a fact, that all agents are not the same. Bigger is not best and i do not say it in jest. This guy works full time and loves to rhyme. What he does well is that he likes to Sell.

If you did not notice most of these steps, I did a great job.With the decrease in Listings, there is pressure on Listing Agents to provide more service. For agents who have been providing a great service to their clients throughout the last 4-5 years they are being rewarded as home sellers and buyers talk, they let each other know who did the great job or who dropped the ball.
