3 THINGS I LEARNED IN 2016
1 Most people do not do what they say they will do.
2 I have far more enthusiasm, and positive energy than most people 20 years younger than I am. Over a half dozen people this year who I have asked if they playa racquetball, have said: "I used to 10 years ago." My response: "How about you and I begin playing now?" their response: "Oh I am really busy." Busy and no problem are two words Americans need to get out of the habit of using.
3 When I realize I had two surgeries, only worked 10 months, more than doubled my income over last year selling fewer homes, winning The Realtor of the Year in the Freedom Club.
I now realize and KNOW I will increase 2017 income by at least 65% over 2016, because I am growing and learning every day to be better than I was yesterday, have more fun, and work less hours.
3 THINGS I WILL IMPLIMENT IN 2017
1 Work daily to avoid television, face book, and other social media technology which is a total waste of time for those who want to have more, be more and do more with their lives.
2 A stronger focus on the moment, avoiding distractions, reading daily, reading and writing affirmations.
3 Do over 80 percent of what my coach recommends, and look at the Bulova wrist watch with eight diamonds on the face often daily which I received in the mail yesterday recognizing me as Realtor of the Year in the Freedom Club of Profits and Passions.
