Home Prices in Delray Beach FL for November 2016

pet friendly gated communities in delray beachWe saw a decrease  on home prices in Delray Beach FL in November.  November market report shows a decrease in single family homes but an increase in condos, villas and townhomes. 

If you are considering buying a home you can still find deals on a house in Delray Beach, but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must. Don’t wait on the sidelines for too long. Many of our listings are selling within a few days of hitting the market.

As you can see from the graph below, listings are not selling exactly for asking price. To make sure you don't overpay for your home, you'll want to have an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the Delray Beach home on which you are making an offer.

I listed a villa that went under contract in 2 days! And, we had 3 offers in those 2 days.  Seriously!

Delray Beach Real Estate Report Summary

In November 2016, the average list price for single family homes in Delray Beach FL was $ 603,584.  This is a decrease from the prior month. The price per square foot for single family listings in Delray Beach was $233. 

In November 2016, the average sold price for single family homes in Delray Beach was $ 565,341 with an average price per square foot of $ 220.  This shows a decrease over the prior, as well.


In November 2016, the average list price for condos, villas and townhomes in Delray Beach, FL was $ 188,188, up from last month.  The price per square foot for condos, villas and townhomes in Delray Beach was $ 136, an increase from the prior month. 

In November, 2016 the average sold price for condos, villas and townhomes in Delray Beach was $ 176,859 with an average price per square foot of $ 128.  This, too, showed an increase over the prior month.
