2009 home sales lead all the other Elkhart County Subdivisions in home sales with a whopping 5 homes sold from January 1st to March 31st of 2010!

Clover Trails Subdivision and The Villa’s at Clover Trails are comprised of both Ranch and Two Story Homes, and of course, Villa’s. Two of these 5 homes sold were REO Properties, one was a HUD Home the other two were arms length transactions. These homes sold for $104,900 to $150,000 and took 10 t0 437 days of marketing time.
