Staying Connected

I want to share this excellent educational post by Peter Mohylsky about the importance of real estate professionals stay connected with clients with latest technologies.

Original content by Peter Mohylsky

I think that everyone has their own ideas on how to stay connected with clients in the Real Estate business.  I also think that everyone who is successful will acknowledge that there probably is a better way.  Sometimes it is only a technology trick that might improve the process that each of us has in place in our business.  I know for a fact that there is not really enough time in the day, week or year to keep in touch with all the wonderful people I have had a chance to meet during my long career as a business person.

I am  big believer in remembering people's birthdays.  I like getting cards on mine and try to remember everyone else 's birthday.  I stumbled across the fact that I was born on a Tuesday so I try to celebrate my birthday on every Tuesday.  My birthdate is in November and I appreciated everyone who sent me a reminder.  Face book is a great way to keep in touch with this personal fact.  And I always try to find out the date when I meet a person.

The major holidays are another day that I try to send our direct mail cards.  These simple ideas keep me in front of clients at least 4-5 time a year.

I also send out quarterly news letters to past clients and folks who might be interested in selling.  I do have a CRM that lets me know and reminds me when they have visited my web site.  i also leave notes on when out last contact was.

Lastly, Bombbomb is an excellent tool that I use to send short video clips to people who have not left the phone number in my account.  I do try to get as many phone numbers as possible and try to make 20 calls a day and talk about FORD.  If you are not familiar with this term give me a call anytime I love talking business.

I use to send out monthly news letters then I stopped. I started doing that again a couple of months ago. I truly believe it is a good thing to do.
