In November 2016 reported residential properties sold was 146, an improvement of 47.5% from 2015. Year to date there was a decrease of 4% in home sales reported in Addison in contrast to last year. There were 1507 home sales reported total this year. The number of projected housing sales in November 2016 saw a growth of 65.7%, with 164 projected housing sales total this month. Year to date projected real estate sales had a drop of 2.8%, with 1525 projected total this year. In Addison the number of new homes in November 2016 underwent an increase of 25.4%, with 148 newly listed total. In Addison year to date the number of newly listed homes in the market saw a down-slide of 1%, with 1955 newly listed homes in the market total this year. In Addison this month housing units listed under contract reached 133, a rise of 26.7% from the same point in time 2015. Year to date the number of listings under contract showed a drop of 2.7% from November last year, with 1561 under contract total this year. Approximate months supply of housing units on the market in November 2016 gained 6.6%, with 2.0 approximate months supply of housing units on the market this month. There were 2700.0 properties for sale in the market in November 2016, and this was no change. In November 2016 the number of days on market until sale saw a gain of 15.2% from the same time of year 2015, with 40 days on market until sale this month. In Addison in November 2016 the total percent of asking price received was 95.4 total, a decline of 0.3%. Year to date the number of percent of list price received in Addison showed an uptick of 0.4%, with 97.6 percent total this year.
