In November 2016 recorded properties sold saw a dip of 16% from 2015, with 63 recorded properties sold total this month. Year to date housing sales recorded in Dallas North saw a decrease of 1.8% in contrast to last year, with 916 sold total this year. In Dallas North there was a fall of 5.6% in the number of projected housing units sold this month. There were 71 projected housing units sold total this month. In Dallas North there were 924 projected real estate sales year to date, which was a decline of 1%. In November 2016 there were 83 new residential properties, and this was a fall of 13.5%. In Dallas North year to date the number of new homes listed in the market reached 1534, a rise of 7.3%. This month homes listed under contract was 62, a down-slide of 17.3% from the same month 2015. The number of homes listed under contract in Dallas North year to date experienced a decline of 5.1% from last year, with 936 listed on a contract total this year. In Dallas North approximate months supply of inventory in November 2016 experienced a climb of 6.7%, with 3.9 months supply total. This month the number of houses for sale rose 6.4%, with 331 houses for sale this month. In November 2016 in Dallas North days on market until sale underwent a hike of 25.8% from the same month 2015, with 64 days total. This month the total percent of original list price received showed a dip of 0.9%, with 93.6 percent total. Year to date percent of original asking price received in Dallas North saw a slump of 0.4%, with 94.6 percent of original asking price received total this year.
