This month in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek the number of residential housing sales was lower 15.6% compared to last year, with 81 residential housing sales total this month. Year to date there were 1210 recorded housing units sold in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek, and this was a slump of 8.5% from the same time of year last year. This month the number of projected houses sold was lower 5.2%, with 91 projected houses sold total this month. Projected real estate sales year to date in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek was down 7.7%, with 1220 projected real estate sales total this year. There were 96 new listings in the market this month, which was a decrease of 16.5%. In Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek new units listed year to date experienced an improvement of 2.2%, with 1757 newly listed total this year. This month in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek the number of listings under contract was down 8.4% from November last year, with 76 listings under contract total this month. In Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek contract listings year to date was 1229 total, a decrease of 9.6% from the same period 2015. In November 2016 the number of approximate months supply of houses on the market reached 3.5, a hike of 47.3%. In November 2016 there was a gain of 34.4% in the number of houses for sale in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek. There were 383 houses for sale total this month. Days on market until sale in November 2016 climbed 20.1% from the same time of year last year, with 44 days on market until sale this month. This month percent of asking price received underwent a drop of 0.9%, with 95.6 percent total. Year to date percent of original list price received saw a slump of 0.1%, with 96.9 percent of original list price received total this year.
