Irving Property Sales For November 2016 Are Up 8.3%

In Irving there were 143 housing sales recorded this month, and this was an improvement of 8.3% in contrast to last year. The number of homes sold year to date was up 6.3% relative to the same month 2015, with 1789 homes sold this year. In Irving the number of projected real estate sales this month underwent an improvement of 21.7%, with 161 projected total. In Irving there were 1807 projected homes sold year to date, which was a growth of 7.3%. This month there were 127 newly listed homes in Irving, which was a drop of 17%. Year to date there were 2158 new houses listed, which was a decline of 2.3%. This month there was a rise of 3.3% in the number of listings under contract in Irving from November last year. There were 124 listings under contract total this month. In Irving there were 1812 homes listed under contract year to date, and this was an improvement of 3.1% from November 2015. This month there were 1.7 months supply of inventory, and this was a slump of 28.4%. In Irving houses for sale in November 2016 had a decrease of 25.1%, with 277 listed for sale in the market total. In Irving this month days on market until sale was 43, a fall of 4.1% from November last year. The total percent of original list price received this month experienced a growth of 0.3%, with 97.0 percent total. Year to date percent of list price received was up 0.8%, with 97.9 percent of list price received this year.
