Jessica Horton: I'm not #1... You Are!
It depends on the what the goal was and what I needed to accomplish.  Everybody on that list is a good choice...depending on what you wanted/needed to do.

I also agree that Neal Bloom would be an excellent mentor.  Lola & Midori are just so classy in my opinion and would be great people to learn from.

Drew over at Zillow is VERY sharp.  He knows how to build a brand and make people stand up and notice you.

Marc Davison & Dustin Luther are very sharp too.

It would really just depend on the rules of the game and exactly what had to be accomplished.  There is just so much talent on here.

Hi Rich, I'm not mentioned...gee I wonder why? I just swooped in from Texas which is nowhere in the grand scheme of things. But, I have a reason to excel. Her name is Melissa Grant. She is a brave, lovely person, raising children, building a marriage, running a town, and tucking people into their most comfortable and profitable havens.

Now, as far as being the "bestest" mentor anywhere, I don't know about all that. I just know that if I can save any growing pains for Melissa Grant, I will have done my job. I looked at Melissa's photo and knew she was a good person and I only wished her the best. I also know that I have worked in this world for many years with everyone else's benefit before mine. I like it that way and we all will be blessed because of it.

Hey Coach Rich, I found it interesting what you said in response to Lynn saying you had the names switched on that one group..."perception vs reality"!  Are we going to post production, or qualifications of the mentors?  I've been coached by Mike Ferry for years, and of course he does not do the coaching, he coaches the coaches to coach us...whew, that was a lot of coaching :).  So you are our coach leader too.  Anyway when you talk about production and # of transaction all it it is keeping score, not bragging.  I'm a big believer in getting the EGO out of the way.  Just curious.

Coach Deb, my name did not come up either, so your in good company :).

Anyway, found the group, responded to the e-mail, now I just need to find Josh???

Are we going to have time now? I don't think so! I really am glad you're here. Let's plan on the Texas Teams meeting up at SF. Whattya think?

I wish everyone luck and a wonderful experience with this! I'm already having fun. Yea!

Hey Coach, I was reading some of the comments from the people who are on the teams, and they are talking about tech. stuff.  This contest s about the basics of how to close, list and sell a lot of homes vs just computer stuff isn't it?  I only started working/playing on the computer when I slowed down from my real estate business, I know how to get business, overcome objections, get the right price, etc., but am not that knowledgeable about the computer + in my humble opinion that is not how you list and sell 200+ homes a year.  Anyway can you give us a tiny hint on what the challenges will be about?  Thanks, L

Hi Rich, first of all, I am honored to have been chosen for this contest!  Thank you!  Secondly, I actually would not share Liz's feelings on what this contest is about.  My thought was that it is like a strategic plan...start with a Mission, vision, values, goals and objectives then develop a brand/logo/marketing materials/blog etc. that support your defined mission.  It will be interesting to see the first challenge...can't wait!
