My ActiveRain Blog

Real Estate Agent with Cummings & Co. Realtors

My Active Rain blog really doesn't get much love.

I know that ActiveRain gets a good amount of SEO, and I really should take much more advantage of all the site has to offer, but I find I focus most of my time on my Towson real estate website,

I update my Towson real estate website with Towson real estate stats, regular Timonium real estate statistics, and Hunt Valley real estate updates.

I share when the 2017 Baltimore County Christmas Tree pick up will happen. I found and shared the 2017 Baltimore City Christmas Tree pick up information, too!

When events are happening, or news hits that could effect home prices, I write about that on my website.

So, in order not to duplicate information or details, I don't post the same information here on ActiveRain.

The question - should I duplicate? Should I post in both places?

Meanwhile, I will continue to post a lot of Baltimore real estate information on my main website. Please visit me at for more details!

For any real estate needs in Towson, Maryland or around the Baltimore Metropolitan area,

I say go for it.  You want to get more exposure and I think a rainmaker account gets attention from google that in turn takes people to your website.

I am not sure of the best solution Marney, but as long as you are paying for the site you might as well use it.

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!
Wishing you all the best now and through the new year.

Marney, I post on my primary web site the most too, as my site is found and want relevant content on there.

You can do both places & mix up basically the same information. One use a keyword like Baltimore Christmas the other Christmas Tree Pickup in Baltimore.

I'm not sure why you are using the words 'city' & country.

You should also be using the state with Towsen.  There are a few people you could follow that can help you out if you 'lurk' what they do for market reports etc.  You can go thru mine if you want but a few people to follow are Joe Manusa & a new person that I will have to come back & give you their info.

She's newer but a super example of what one should be doing 100%.
