I heard the other day from a agent that they do not do budgets, do not do goals and they do all the right things and business just comes to them. That got me wondering if I am going about this all wrong.
I believe that you have to have a vision and goal and be committed to them. I have budgets, a game plan, monthly goals.
Where would companies be by not having a plan for the future and not having a way of getting there and growing their business. My wondering is over, some agents are just lucky, that is what I think.
You have all heard me say this before "PLAN YOUR WORK AND WORK YOU PLAN" I still believe in this!
