In November 2016 the number of residential property sales reported in Lucas increased 11.5% in contrast to 2015, with 29 residential property sales reported this month. Listings under contract in Lucas year to date saw a drop of 3% compared to the same month last year, with 351 under a contract total this year. In November 2016 in Lucas approximate months supply of homes on the market showed a hike of 17.7%, with 3.5 months supply total. There was an increase of 14.9% in the number of housing units for sale on the market this month. There were 108 housing units for sale on the market total this month. In November 2016 in Lucas the number of days on market until sale saw a gain of 142.5% from 2015, with 46 days total. In Lucas in November 2016 percent of original list price received was down 4%, with 94.5 percent of original list price received this month. Percent of original list price received in Lucas year to date reached 97.4, a hike of 0.2%.
