Reported homes sold in November 2016 in Prosper reached 53, a gain of 12.8% from 2015. Year to date there were 734 home sales, which was a decline of 3% relative to the same time of year last year. In November 2016 the number of projected houses sold was at 60, an uptick of 26.7%. There were 741 projected real estate sales year to date, and this was a dip of 2.2%. In Prosper there was an uptick of 40% in new homes listed in the market in November 2016. There were 70 new homes listed in the market total this month. Year to date the number of new properties in Prosper experienced an increase of 16.1%, with 1164 newly for sale total this year. In Prosper contract listings this month dropped 7.7% from November 2015, with 48 contract listings total this month. Year to date there was a decline of 2.3% in the number of houses listed under contract from the same month 2015. There were 782 houses listed under contract this year. There was an improvement of 56.9% in the number of approximate months supply of properties on the market in November 2016. There were 4.8 approximate months supply of properties on the market total this month. There were 316 houses for sale on the market this month, which was a climb of 54.1%. In November 2016 the number of days on market until sale saw an uptick of 24.5% from November last year, with 79 days total. In November 2016 percent of original list price received was at 96.5, a hike of 0.5%. In Prosper year to date percent of original list price received saw a slump of 0.3%, with 96.1 percent of original list price received total this year.
