In November 2016 residential property sales was up 12.3% relative to last year, with 119 residential property sales total this month. Year to date the number of reported houses sold reached 1274, a drop of 5% from 2015. The number of projected real estate sales in November 2016 was up 26.1%, with 134 projected real estate sales total this month. Projected real estate sales year to date in Richardson saw a decrease of 3.9%, with 1289 projected total this year. In Richardson new homes listed in the market this month sunk 4%, with 95 new homes listed in the market total this month. The number of new housing units listed in the market year to date was less 4%, with 1537 new housing units listed in the market this year. The number of houses listed under contract in November 2016 was down 9.1% from the same time of year 2015, with 100 houses listed under contract total this month. Year to date residential properties listed under contract in Richardson had a down-slide of 5.4% from November 2015, with 1315 on contract total this year. There were 1.1 approximate months supply of real estate inventory in November 2016, and this was a decrease of 11.7%. This month there were 126 homes for sale in the market, and this was a dip of 14.3%. In Richardson the number of days on market until sale in November 2016 dropped 20.7% from November last year, with 25 days on market until sale this month. The total percent of original list price received this month in Richardson was 97.9, an improvement of 0.5%. The number of percent of original list price received in Richardson year to date was up 0.3%, with 98.9 percent of original list price received total this year.
