The number of home sales reported in November 2016 was at 90, a fall of 1.1% relative to last year. There was a drop of 11.5% in the number of home sales recorded year to date from November last year. There were 1035 home sales recorded this year. Projected homes sold this month saw a climb of 11.1%, with 101 projected homes sold this month. Year to date projected properties sold reached 1046 total, a drop of 10.6%. The number of newly listed homes in the market this month saw an improvement of 31.3%, with 130 new on the market total. Year to date new homes listed in the market reached 1316, a slump of 9.2%. In November 2016 there was a drop of 8.5% in houses listed under contract from November 2015. There were 108 houses listed under contract total this month. In Wylie there were 1097 contract listings year to date, and this was a dip of 12.6% from the same period last year. In November 2016 there were 1.7 months supply of property inventory, which was an improvement of 6.4%. There was a drop of 0.6% in the number of housing units for sale on the market in November 2016. There were 165 housing units for sale on the market total this month. In Wylie in November 2016 the number of days on market until sale was at 26, a dip of 42.2% from last year. Percent of original asking price received in Wylie this month was at 97.3, a drop of 0.7%. Percent of asking price received year to date was down 0.3%, with 98.4 percent of asking price received total this year.
