Can't Remember

It's raining...yep in Sunny California. Something damp is falling from the sky. I seem to remember something like this happening when I was young...but it's been a long time. 

Yes....exaggerating!

Actually we've been having rain off-and-on for a couple weeks now. Of course we are...this year is supposed to be extra DRY due to a La Nina. Last year (not wet) was supposed to be the wettest in a decade due to the El Nino.

Clearly we have no idea about anything that goes on with our weather. 

Now I realize this will make those in the rest of the country giggle....but we don't show homes in the rain.

• Sellers don't set appointments in the rain
• Buyers don't want to see homes in the rain

We are weather-wimps. 

The main reason is that we all know that in a day, or two, it will be sunny and warm again....so why traipse dirt into a home or get off the couch in the rain. 

Isn't there football on TV? 

This is one of the things I love about real estate in Southern California....we all understand that when it rains, we wait it out.
