SoberRide Free Taxi Service in Montgomery County, Maryland
If you plan to celebrate New Year's Eve with alcohol, the nonprofit Washington Regional Alcohol Program will give you a free cab ride under its annual Holiday SoberRide program.
Montgomery County authorities urge adults to use Sober Ride or another service to get safely home from holiday parties and festivities. Free rides will be offered from local taxicab companies between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. tonight.
