The Door County Real Estate Market in 2017
My chrystal ball broke in 2007, but I can make a few predictions on the Door County market for 2017:
1. Lakefront prices will begin to appreciate, as opposed to only the properties on the Bay of Green Bay.
2. Sister Bay properties will continue to have the shortest time on the market in northern Door County.
3. An influx of people concerned about interest rates will cause more spring purchases than in recent years.
4. Fish Creek properties will being to pick up rapidly as discussion on beach improvement goes on and solidifies.
5. We will see more sales over $2,000,000 in 2017.
Now I can look back on this in December 2017 and see if my predictions were true for my customers, clients and blog followers (and I think they will be).
