We all know the importance of "Google Juice" and which is why so many of us stumbled upon AR and are active members. I am pretty social in the sense I use IG, Facebook and blogging to keep current and relevant. As I spoke with a fellow Realtor® today we both agreed "It's all about marketing....".
With that said, I never considered YouTube as much of a venue for marketing, especially in real estate; mostly because I am not keen on being on video! However, I decided to at least make a channel and lo and behold, two days later I Googled my name and there's my YouTube channel. Oops... now I need videos! I had used Animoto in the past for a previous marketing job and decided to look into it again. It was actually fun putting together a few videos and signed up for the Pro version since I plan on using it often.
Now, to summon up the courage to make an actual video...
