Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 20, down from last month’s 25. Currently for sale, there are:
- 6 single family homes (ranging in price from $349,900 to $1,490,400)
- No half-duplexes
- 11 condos ($305,000 to $464,900.) Nine are incomplete new construction.
- 3 townhomes ($319,900-$496,500)
Fifteen of the 20 available homes above have been on the market for longer than 30 days. One of these is the $1M+ home on the east side of the Tollway and it has been on the market for over 400 days. Nine are incomplete new construction and are not available for immediate possession on closing and funding.

Eighteen Addison homes sold/closed in December as compared to the 10 that closed the prior month. The median number of days on the market was 33 days, up from last month’s median of 23 days. The average number of days on the market for these homes was 43 days. The range in December was 1 day to 143 days. The average price per square foot of all homes that sold is $159.69, down from the $165.70 average the prior month.
