What are your thoughts on real estate for 2017? Great? Good?Bad? Good time to buy? Great time to sell?

Being in the sun belt our market in Tucson is going to be great.We are down to under two months inventory < $400k price range.

Relocation to Arizona has always been strong! Perfect weather for golf,horse back riding,bicycling,softball,hiking,motorcycling and of course getting your tan on.

So many great places to visit from Tombstone to the Grand Canyon plus others.
