Be at the Top of Your Game

We must always change, renew, rejuvenate ourselves,

otherwise we harder.”

Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe 1749 – 1832, German

Writer and Statesman

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be at the top of your game

To be at the top of your game . . . . We have to be willing to change . . . .  revitalize . . . . refresh  . . . . and renew yourself.

Our body has a lot in common with an automobile battery. As we continually use an automobile battery it begins to lose its charge until the battery’s energy is drained.

We are a lot like that automobile battery. We start our days early morning . . . . and end them late at night. We’re on the go . . . . and on many days we don’t eat as well as we should. There are days where we push ourselves to the point of exhaustion . . . . as we go from task to task without a break.

By the end of our day we feel total exhausted . . . . and it feel like we don’t have enough energy left in our tanks to do anything else.

After an exhausting day we may even find ourselves getting to little sleep . . . . and the next day we may have to drag ourselves out of bed . . . . and start it all over again.

As result we can find ourselves starting our day feeling exhausted . . . . and with very little energy. The day feels it’s just dragging on . . . . and before we know it we have used all of energy . . . . and the day becomes unproductive.

Our health and energy are two of our biggest resources.  When we don’t feel well it becomes very challenging to get anything done. When we lose our energy . . . . we lose our drive and  nothing gets done.

We have to . . . . revitalize our bodies to withstand the vigor’s of our days – refresh our thinking. In order to increase our effectiveness . . . . and to maximize the use of our time. To renew our personal energy . . . . to enter each with the enthusiasm. With the drive be at the top of our game . . . . and succeed. We also have to change to meet the market demands.

To be at the top of your game . . . . We have to be willing to change . . . . revitalize . . . . refresh . . . . and renew yourself.

Great advice, Lou Ludwig and I equate this concept to the aging process, as well. As we age, that 'battery' drops in voltage capacity. Exercise slows that process. Not just physical exercise, but mental. Have a great day!
