Nothing new here, Bob Crane ! All prices are rising. From healthcare to food. Perhaps I need to demand a higher compensation for what I do?

Walt and I are renting our primary residence for a year. We have already found tenants.

An excellent time to invest in residential rentals! If you want to build wealth as a real state agent, you should consider investing in the market!

Seems like more people should check into all of their options so they are truly doing what is best for themselves.
