Rent Prices Rising Again in 2017, This May Be a Good Time For You To Become a Homeowner, I Can Help.

I read another article today from a reliable source at KCM, predicting another year of escalating rental rates through the country.

Considering the cost of being a landlord is also rising, I predict that I will also be rising the rates this summer on the homes that I still have by that time.

Part of my plan when I started increasing my rental business back in 2008 was to be out of the business within 10 years so now is the time that I will begin divesting in these properties.

If becoming a homeowner and putting your rent money into something that will build equity for your future interests you, then I can help.

  • I can help you to find the financing that it takes to buy a home.
  • I can help to prepare you to successfully seek out financing.
  • And in a few select circumstances I may be able to finance  your investment for a while.

Give me a call if you are interested in becoming a successful homeowner, I can help.

We divested ourselves of two rentals last year and are working on getting a third ready to sell in a few weeks. Part of our strategy is to keep them all in one area to make them easier to manage. Good luck on your plan.
